Two days ago I found a water leak underneath the baseboard in the living room. In my extensive search for a licensed professional plumber I came across JACOB THE PLUMBER of Reliable Construction & Plumbing company. I read the many exceptional reviews and my gut told me that I should call him. I am glad I did! He listened to my problem and was in my house within 2 hours. He conducted several extensive tests and along the way explained in many details where the problem may be and what options I may face such as opening walls and possible costs. His vast knowledge of plumbing and air-conditioning drove him to the outside air condition pipe where he proceeded to suck out gallons of water that were apparently clogged somewhere up the pipe. He was sure that was the problem but continued to test other possibilities. It turned out he was totally right!. After leaving everything overnight the whole affected wet area was totally dry. By that he saved me a huge headache of opening walls to find the source when all the time the solution was outside. His fee, considering the many hours he spent and the work he did was very fair. He is very honest, professional and knowledgeable, does not cut corners, and truly wants to help in the best possible way. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues but if I ever do I now know who I am calling. I highly and all heartedly recommend Jacob! Less
